Ambience of the hotel, nice quiet street
The coffee at breakfast was undrinkable - not what I want during my stay in Italy. I expect freshly made coffee, not from a machine
Staff was very nice. Room was a traditional simple Italian hotel room, befitting a 3 star, probably a very good 3 star. Good a/c on a very hot day and nice breakfast. Good restaurant recommendations. Nice lounge area although we didn't get a chance to hang out and have a drink due to our schedule but it looked nice and comfortable.
No issues, relatively minor point is that we paid about 190 euro which is probably high for a 3 star, but we also booked only one night and did it within about 3 weeks of the stay so it probably makes sense. We stayed at a very nice 4 star in Rome on the same trip and paid about 20 euro less.
Location was pretty good.
Thin walls and ceilings...loud!!!!! Their description states that "quietness" is one of their main goals...HA! They missed the goal badly!! We could clearly hear conversations going on in the rooms next to us and on the floor above...their wake up calls woke us up! Aweful! I would never stay there again and definitely would not recommend it to anyone.
Small personal clean and convenient
Small rooms with little storage. Unaware if balcony rooms as option. No coffee or bar available during the day
A very nice hotel a few hundred yards from the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and only a 15 minute walk from Rome Termini. Underground station a few hundred yards away. Everthing spotlessly clean and staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Breakfasts were a little disappointing, with choice more limited than most Italian hotels. The rooms are not large but no smaller than one would expect in a well-located hotel in the centre of Rome at a cost that doesn't break the bank
Great location, good value for the price.
The walls are thin and could hear tvs and guests talking! They need sound proofing!
Convenient location to sight seeing and helpful staff. When we arrived from our flight from the usa, they stored our luggage and fed us breakfast until our room was ready. We appreciated this kindness after a long over night flight and no sleep.
The staff were always cheerful, friendly and helpful. the living room comfortable and welcoming.Breakfast very pleasant in a clean and fresh atmosphere. We enjoyed other guests.and most of all for my husband it was The quiet of the room he appreciated so very much.
Our room lacked a window or mirrors to make it brighter. There was a door but it was on one end of the room. the bathroom had no shelf to put our personal belongings and a wall mirror would have brightened it up....or a bright painting with some color. It was quiet so I would stay in that room again.
Value for money was good. Location was certainly good. No major problems.
We stayed for a week and all the time the breakfast was exactly the same, it was very dull in the end. The air in the room at the back of the garden was always slightly stuffy. The soundproofing was really poor, luckily most of the time the only other room in the building at the back of the garden was empty and then the room was really quiet. There was no proper window in the room. There were two extra beds in the room and that made an otherwise ok room quite small. One morning several couples had to wait to get a table in the breakfast room. Other mornings there was no problem getting a table.
Great location, spotless, well run, nice people. Very comfortable bed!
The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean with an excellent shower. The breakfast was very good and the mixed fruit bowl was empty one morning but a new bowl was quickly made for us. We had trouble printing our boarding pass to fly home and the staff readily came to our rescue.
Good price, very clean, good location, great staff
Small room, poor breakfast
The hotel is in a nice location and quiet. We had a room with a balcony which was nice. The bed is really comfortable and rather wide. The breakfast is simple but good. The staff is helpful.
The rooms are really small. I had difficulty with fitting in the shower cabin and I am not obese! Unfortunately the cover of the bed was smelling of sweat when we first went there (also one pillow), but it was changed after we asked for it to be changed.
The kind and friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble.A five-star service.
We could hear noise from other rooms.
We loved our stay! It was perfect for walking Rome & seeing the sights. Great staff who helped us make several reservations for sightseeing & meals. Great breakfeast. I would definitely stay again.
